Most wedding budgets start as a spreadsheet and end as a guess. This one keeps the quotes, the payments and what is left in one place, and the two of you see the same numbers.
Upload the quote
Add your florist’s or your venue’s quote as a PDF or a picture. The budget reads the amount and what it covers, and puts it on the right row. Nothing is typed in by hand.
Compare vendors side by side
Two or three quotes for the same thing are set next to each other, with what is missing from one of them marked. You compare like with like.
Deposits, instalments and what is left
Every payment belongs to a row in the budget. You see what is paid, what falls due next and how much remains, per vendor and in total.
Your own categories
Start from the usual categories, add your own, and group them the way you think about the day: venue, food, flowers, attire, travel.
Shared with your partner
