Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UNSTAGED ("the Service"), operated by Unstaged AB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service includes our web application at unstaged.se, our iOS application, and any related services or tools we provide.

2. Description of Service

UNSTAGED is a wedding planning platform that helps couples organize their vision, make decisions together, manage vendors and timelines, and create a shareable Wedding Deck. The Service is available via web and iOS.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each couple shares one wedding planning space. A partner may join using an invite code. You may not share your account credentials with anyone other than your planning partner.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

UNSTAGED offers a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may manage or cancel your subscription from your account Settings or via the Stripe customer portal.

iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID settings. Apple's terms and refund policies apply.

Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Cancellation & Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

After your subscription expires, your Wedding Deck link will become inactive and shared access to your planning data will be restricted. We recommend exporting or saving any content you want to keep before cancellation.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including images, text, vendor information, and moodboard content ("User Content"). By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

7. Wedding Deck Sharing

The Wedding Deck feature generates a shareable link that can be viewed by anyone with the URL while your subscription is active. You are responsible for who you share this link with. We are not responsible for how third parties use information visible in your shared deck.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful files
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all original content, is owned by Unstaged AB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstaged AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account by contacting us at westdesignlab@gmail.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
