For couples

A wedding planning app for couples

Built for two people planning one wedding. Both of you sign in, both of you see the same plan.

Most wedding planning apps are built for one person and a registry. UNSTAGED is built for two people and a wedding.

Invite your partner and you are planning the same wedding from two phones. The moodboards, the budget, the vendors, the to-do list, the guest list and the seating are one shared plan, not a copy each. When one of you books the florist, the other sees it. When one of you moves a number in the budget, the total moves for both.

It works on iPhone and on the web, and both open the same wedding, so one of you can plan on a laptop and the other on a phone and nobody has to send a screenshot of a spreadsheet.

One

One of you starts the wedding

A name, a date if you have one, and the first moodboard. It takes a few minutes and it can all be changed later.

Two

Invite your partner by email

They sign in with Apple, Google or an email address and land in the same wedding. No second subscription, no second account to keep in step.

Three

Plan from two phones

Every moodboard, budget line, vendor, to-do and guest is shared in real time. Split the categories between you, or work on the same one from two sofas.

Questions couples ask

Can both of us use UNSTAGED at the same time?
Yes. One of you creates the wedding and invites the other by email. From then on you both sign in to the same wedding, on iPhone or on the web, and every change either of you makes appears for the other. There is one plan, not two copies.
Do we see the same thing?
Yes. The moodboards, the budget, the vendor list, the to-do list, the guest list and the seating are shared. If one of you marks a to-do done or adds a quote to the budget, the other sees it the next time they open the app.
Do we both pay?
No. One subscription covers the wedding, and the partner you invite joins it for free. There is nothing to buy twice.
Can one of us use the app and the other use a laptop?
Yes. UNSTAGED is on the App Store for iPhone and at unstaged.se in a browser, and both open the same wedding. The budget and the Wedding Deck are more comfortable on a laptop; the moodboards and the to-do list are easy on a phone.
What if my partner does not want to plan?
Give them one category rather than the whole thing. Music, the bar, the honeymoon. In UNSTAGED a category is a real place with its own to-dos, budget lines and vendors, so handing one over is handing over something whole. Involvement follows ownership.
Can we share the plan with our planner or our vendors?
Yes. The Wedding Deck is a designed summary of the wedding, with the moodboards, the palette, the timeline and the details, that you send as one link. Vendors see what they need without an account.
